Optional audience measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 only after you accept analytics. It measures page visits, approximate location (such as country), device type, referral source, engagement time, portfolio video progress and clicks on our contact links. A successful contact-form submission is counted without its contents. Engagement time is an estimate of active browsing, not proof that someone watched or read everything.
Your choice
You can decline with the same ease as accepting. The website and contact form work either way. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice. We remember it in local storage for 180 days. With consent, Google’s _ga cookies may last up to 180 days; we do not renew that period on each visit. Refusing or withdrawing consent blocks Analytics. Withdrawal reloads the page to stop the loaded tag. It does not erase previously collected data.
Data and providers
KYMIVO Studio is responsible for this website. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or requests. Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited; processing may involve Google companies outside your country, including the US. We do not enable Google Signals, advertising personalisation, a user ID or session recordings. We send page paths and referral domains, not arbitrary URL query parameters. We never send form messages, names, email addresses, tool inputs or images to Analytics. Individual event data is retained for two months; aggregated reports can remain longer. Google’s privacy information explains its processing and international safeguards.
Other website functions
The contact form sends the details you enter to our enquiry service so we can respond; this is separate from Analytics and does not require analytics consent. Hosting providers process technical requests to deliver and protect the website. WhatsApp opens an external service only when you follow its link. The free tools do not load our Analytics tag; their inputs are processed locally. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable and contact your local data-protection authority.
